VUCA – stands for volatile, unpredictable, complex and ambiguous - this is the world we operate in and therefore the context in which our clients are working out how to best perform and live their lives.

There are 20 picture cards representing 20 coaching tools that come from a range of coaching schools of thought.  I have collected these from my experience of NLP, creative problem solving, inclusion and diversity and leadership.  The kit also includes 20 question cards that go with each tool and a note pad for recording reflections from each session. The tools involve a range of approaches including physical movement, visualisation and drawing.  They are designed to support new coaches to feel more confident to use a range of tools easily and experienced coaches who want to refresh their practice with tools they may not have used before or forgotten about.   

They are also designed so that even if you are not a coach you can use them to problem solve.
