What it is?

You can have presence and be able to influence without authority by understanding how people experience you. Many of us don’t really know until we get feedback. Being more aware of your impact and learning about strategies to enhance this will increase your ability to influence and leave a good impression with anyone at any level. This workshop gives you the opportunity to reflect on your impact and offers you a range of tools to experiment with enhancing your influence and impact.

• Understand where you lack confidence and what is stopping you

• Understanding the importance of voice, stance and appearance

• How to prepare to be present using 3 circles of presence

• Trying out some tools to influence and persuade to understand your perspective

• Exploring how to be more visible to build your credibility

• Practice and feedback

Anyone who has a role where they would like to have more impact and be able to influence. Particularly useful if you are moving into a larger role with wider responsibility.
