In 2013 I left the security of my job to focus on doing only what I love doing which is designing and delivering innovative leadership workshops and coaching.
Up to that time I had gained 15 years experience of working in large organisations, designing and implementing people processes to bring the best out of their employees. Since then, I have completed an M.Sc in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership at Cass Buisness School. I am also a Director for an international charity affiliated with the UN and travel around the world delivering programmes to emerging leaders.
I now draw on all these different experiences to offer a range of services including designing innovative leadership workshops, facilitating team development and providing coaching to senior leaders. I thrive on helping people to discover their talent and exploring what enables them to perform at their best by focusing on strengths.
I also have two lovely daughters and like climbing mountains.

Many leaders spend so much time doing—solving problems, supporting others, keeping everything going—that they lose connection with why they started in the first place. This can quietly lead to exhaustion and a sense of unfulfilment. Drawing on psychosynthesis, I’ve been reflecting on the importance of balancing doing with being—the ability to be fully present and lead with awareness. For me, time in nature is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to reconnect with this. It doesn’t give answers, but it changes how we hold the questions—and that’s often where real leadership shift begins.
