Recent WYSE Emerging Leaders programme in Lucca, Italy. There were 32 participants from 14 different countries who spent 12 days together learning about themselves as leaders and how to then apply what they had discovered back in their communities.
From the land of opportunity and challenge with only the small burden of responsibility of its legacy - 'the birth place of humanity', I was honoured and privileged to have the opportunity to run a leadership workshop at the beautiful Ikegai venue in Nairobi, Kenya. The workshop was to explore the possibility of bringing a “ Global Emerging Leaders” programme to Kenya in May 2018. Here we share some images and look forward to further work in Kenya to facilitate leadership workshops with participants from around the globe.
